The Nativity

This is a glimpse into our Christmas Eve. We attempted to do the nativity scene with Kathryn's family. It was a little hectic but I love the costumes!

The Stockings were hung...

The stockings were hung by the chimney with care. Well they were! Love this lively 2 year old boy stage. When does it end?!!

Today I spent my morning working in Taylors classroom. She is about the tallest one in her class. She is a sensitive soul who was very upset because she was not going to be able to paint her tree ornament with me. She burst into howling tears while I was there and when she came home she was asking me "Why was everyone wondering what was wrong with me?" I guess she didn't realize how loud she was. Love Her.

TMNT...

For all of you who don't know TMNT stands for teenage mutant ninja turtles. I know that people post all of their fabulously cool crafts on their blogs. So I thought I would throw on our craft of the week a stretchy headband turned into a TMNT mask within seconds. Beat that!! Give us a call for step by step instructions. I know I do have 2 other kids you haven't seen much but Kate is just such an easy picture.

A few weeks behind....

This was Thanksgiving at our house. This was my last minute attempt to throw together some dishes and centerpieces and call it a holiday! We had two other tables set up in our dining room and front room. We had fun ate pie and then threw all of our stuff in bags and headed for Vegas.

We love our baby Kate she makes the stress of the day go away when you see her. It looks like we are outside hiking I know but we're actually just in a casino trying to find the buffet. There were fake animals all around us that Davis can't keep his eyes off of. Davis has this new thing when he's talking to you he says "look at me," it cracks us up because that is what his mama says to him when he is in big trouble and about to go to the naughty stair. Anyway this is labeled weeks behind because that is the story of my life. Oh well perfection is way out of reach around here!
