Kate got her first haircut!!! Well her first big girl one. We have a friend that comes to our house to cut hair and did it for her. This was the before shot, she is thrilled!!Our trip to Cabo was so fun. Tons of family came and it is such a nice getaway. My mom is too nice and comes almost every January to watch the kids for us. It has been a great way for them to spend time with Nana, who they beg to see all the time!
